Outside Counsel as Inside Counsel

Scott G. Ulbrich
Scott provides creative and aggressive solutions for protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. His practice focuses on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing and litigation of intellectual property rights.
Scott also assists clients in contested administrative proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark office, including patent reexaminations, post grant reviews and inter partes reviews, patent interferences, trademark oppositions and trademark cancellation proceedings.

Matthew T. Macari
Matt focuses his practice on assisting clients with intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution and counseling, and has extensive career experience with licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Matt has spent his legal career representing his clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in numerous patent litigation matters. This balance of experiences has provided Matt with valuable insight into what it takes to obtain comprehensive intellectual property protection.
Gregory L. Koeller
Greg strives to learn the businesses of each of his clients in order to tailor his intellectual property services to their legal and business goals. Greg has extensive in-house and law firm experience that benefits both startups and global corporations. His experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, copyrights, licensing, acquisitions and divestitures. Greg is also able to provide in-house legal services, such as intellectual property portfolio management and advising management teams and other governing bodies on the strength and weaknesses of particular patent and trademark portfolios and strategies on growing, defending, avoiding, and monetizing patent assets.
